Jeffrey Epstein and the prince: legal proceedings could see Andrew required to give evidence (more docs)

Virginia Roberts, Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell

The lawyers who are acting on behalf of Virginia Roberts, the young woman alleging she was a sex slave to billionaire Jeffrey Epstein and that she had sex with Prince Andrew, could insist that the prince appears as a witness in the legal proceedings they have instigated against Epstein’s lawyer, Alan Dershowitz. A copy of the court filing by the lawyers is given below. Also provided are copies of court documents provided by police relating to charges made against Epstein and which describe in detail the sex acts he was accused of participating in.

The legal submission by the plaintiffs – each going by the name ‘Jane Doe’ – was made on 30 December 2014, resulting in the statement by the British monarchy (see Section 3 below). This is also available in pdf format.
